Chef John Sutton and his staff will be preparing steamed, 1⁄2-pound cold-water lobster tails with fresh lemon and drawn butter. The main dish will be accompanied by sautéed asparagus and twice-baked potato. It will be served with your choice of a house dinner salad or crab bisque.
